On June 1st 2023, Thebes hospital re-opened its own unit of urgent and immediate help off-site – ER-24/7 hub.

This department was created for solving the problems of the patients who are in critical situation or in need of receiving urgent medical help at any area in Hurghada or close by cities

Services of ER-24/7 hub include:

On Call – ready- first aid crew, and if necessary, hospitalization to the specialized public or private in-patient department of your choice; of immediate; of specialists, Express lab tests.

 

Wide range of laboratory tests, carried out in the laboratory of Thebes Hospital. The results are reported to the patient per phone or email within 30 minutes to 1 hour from the time of sampling.

 

Diagnostic investigations at home – ECG, ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic

Transportation to remote areas as well as medical evacuation.

All the crews consist of doctors with vast knowledge and skill, who have huge experience of delivering urgent medical care. The crews work 24/7/365 on the special ambulance vehicles equipped with the modern medical technological equipment and medications.
